Thanks for stopping by. A year ago a group of friends were constantly being asked for advice on different types of guns, shooting styles and events. From that, a conversation one night lead to the creation of this blog. We aren’t experts by any means but we love to try a variety of different guns, as well as tons of different products. Once upon a time the Jaycees brought BB guns to the gymnasium of my elementary school.  That program led me to shooting in the backyard with my father, the JROTC Rifle Team, a tryout for the USA Shooting Team, ATA Trap, IDPA, 3-Gun and hunting.  Shooting led to a career in Law Enforcement and to becoming a Firearms Instructor.  The shooting world can be an intimidating place, but it doesn’t have to be.  I became an instructor to help people learn and find proficiency and LeadBunker is going to be a vehicle for shooters to get informed.

My firearms habit began innocently-enough on the trap field, and some twelve years later has progressed through everything from 3 Gun Nation competitions, to a “Curios & Relics” Federal Firearms License (FFL), to becoming a licensed firearms dealer (with a good likelihood of a manufacturer’s FFL in the future).  I’ve found firearms and shooting sports to be the perfect combination of my love of all things mechanical and an often-needed break from my work in the technical area of the event production industry.

My name is IPC. I graduated from Missouri University of Science and Technology with a BS in Metallurgical Engineering. I am a Life Member of the NRA, an avid outdoorsman and life-long shooter. I started shooting competitively when at 10 years old and have competed in numerous shooting competitions for NRA, CMP, and USA Shooting, captaining several of the teams.

I have been in the gun industry as a professional for the past 4 years but have been a shooter for many more. I love Trap shooting and have competed across the country. I’m passionate about helping new shooters and other women shooters so we can continue to grow the sport. During my tenure in the industry, I strive to bring technology into the industry as well as help advocate for all shooting sports and shooters of all ages.
